SMS/Messaging Terms

    Last updated: September 1, 2026

This SMS/Messaging Terms page describes the text messaging ("SMS") program operated by the National Association of Sales Professionals ("NASP," "we," "us," or "our"). It applies whenever you provide your mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages from us, including through the Contact form or the "Ask a Question" form on this website. No text messages are currently being sent under this program; this page describes how the program will operate once messaging begins.

    Who Sends These Messages

Messages are sent by or on behalf of the National Association of Sales Professionals, 111 Joe Wimberley Blvd, Wimberley, TX 78676. NASP is part of the Trusum Visions, LLC family of companies.

    What Messages You May Receive

By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to:

    • Responses to questions or inquiries you submit to us.
    • Information about our sales certification programs, coaching, and training.
    • Account, enrollment, or membership updates.
    • Occasional promotional or informational messages about NASP programs and events.

Message topics may include, but are not limited to, the categories above. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from NASP.

    Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us and the programs you are interested in. You may receive more messages during an active inquiry or enrollment period and fewer at other times.

    Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Charges will vary based on your mobile carrier and messaging plan. Contact your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.

    How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages from us at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a reply message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you want to receive messages again, you can sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending text messages to you again.

    How to Get Help

If at any time you have questions or need assistance regarding our text messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact us directly using the information in the Contact Us section below.

    Supported Carriers

Our text messaging program is intended to be compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all mobile devices or carriers may be supported, and message deliverability is not guaranteed.

    Privacy

Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
